Biography
Andrea A. Lunsford currently is a professor of in the Department of English at Stanford University, as well as the Director of the Program in Writing and Rhetoric. Prior to teaching at Stanford, she was a professor at Ohio State University and served as the Vice Chair of the Department of English, as Chair of the University Writing Board, as well as the Director of the Center for the Study of Teaching and Writing.
Her research focuses on topics such as women and the history of rhetoric, collaborative writing, technologies of writing, and current cultures of writing.
Education:
- B.A and M.A. from University of Florida
- Ph.D. in English from Ohio State University
